Edith Esi Gyasiwa Amosah is a resilient Christian woman, entrepreneur, mentor, agripreneur, event designer, counsellor, and visionary whose life is a living testimony of God’s power to bring beauty from ashes — Isaiah 61:3.

Her journey has been one of brokenness turned into boldness, sorrow turned into strength, and silence turned into a voice of purpose. Exposed to pain and vulnerability early in life, Edith learned to anchor her identity not in circumstance but in Christ. Through years of emotional hardship and an unfulfilling marriage, her faith became her foundation and her healing, shaping her into a woman of grace, wisdom, and courage.

After more than a decade as a stay-at-home mother, Edith found her creative calling in event décor. What began as Scallops and Wraps Ventures blossomed into Dreamscape Events — a company that transforms life’s sacred moments into meaningful, elegant celebrations. Through this work, she rediscovered her joy, confidence, and purpose.

Let's talk with me.

Three years ago, the passing of her husband brought another turning point. He had managed the family’s farming activities, and when he passed, Edith stepped into the world of agriculture with faith and determination. Though she began knowing little about farming, she has since rebuilt and redefined the venture as Amosah Farms Ltd — a structured, forward-thinking agribusiness.

Under her leadership, Amosah Farms has grown beyond basic cultivation of cassava and maize into a vision for value addition and sustainability. Edith is developing a cassava-processing line to produce different forms of gari and has also launched a backyard poultry project with layers and Sasso birds — a learning step toward future expansion into large-scale poultry.

Today, Edith stands as a voice of faith, healing, and empowerment. She mentors young women and men to first know God and themselves before entering relationships, to pursue purpose with integrity, and to never stay trapped in abuse or fear. Her life proves that God can rebuild, restore, and renew — that every season of loss can become fertile ground for new life.
